When is your Christmas cut-off date?

Orders must be placed before Sunday 14th December 2025 for Christmas Delivery. Any orders placed after this date will not be delivered until after Christmas.

Will I recieve a confirmation email about my order?

Yes, you will recieve a confirmation email once your order has been completed. You will also recieve a further confirmation email once your parcel has been dispached.

If you have not recieved a confirmation email when placing your order it may be that the final step of the checkout process is incomplete. Please double check that payment has been taken. You can get in touch with any issues via the contact page.

When can I expect to receive my items?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days. I send all orders using Royal Mail. You should receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched. Please check your junk mail if you have not received this. A tracking number will also be provided for embroidery kits, art prints and clothing.

How are orders packaged?

Embroidery kits are sent in a plastic free, 100% biodegradable and compostable bag. 

Art prints are backed with recycled cardboard and wrapped in a biodegradable and recyclable protective sleeve. They are posted in a ‘Do not bend’ cardboard envelope. Greetings cards and postcards are also sent in these envelopes.

Clothing is usually sent in a plastic free Jiffy Green padded bag.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, items can be returned for an exchange or refund. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for the postage costs of returning an item.

Why don’t you deliver to my country?

Unfortunately, due to legal restrictions and the subsquent costs involved I am unable to ship to countries within the EU, Europe & Northern Ireland as these require official representatives and expensive licenses that escalate costs significantly and are not currently an option for my very small business.

Are you continuing to ship to the USA?

Yes! Orders are now open again to the USA.

 

Due to recent tariff changes, an additional processing fee will now be applied at the checkout.
